Do I need to bring food for my dog or cat?
Yes, we strongly recommend bringing your pet’s pre-portioned food to maintain consistency and prevent digestive upset. We do keep a supply of house food on hand for an additional fee if needed. Learn more on the "You Provide" section of our Pricing page.
Can I bring my own bedding or toys?
We provide clean, disinfected bedding for all guests to ensure a healthy environment. We also provide bowls. You may bring toys and treats, but please avoid bringing rawhides due to potential choking hazards. Learn more on the "You Provide" section of our Pricing page.
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
To maintain a healthy environment for all, every pet requires updated vaccinations. Dogs must be current on rabies,rabies, parvo, distemper, and bordetella. bordetella. Cats must be current on their distemper (FVRCP) and rabies vaccines before their stay.
Do you offer discounts for long-term boarding?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for long-term guests whose stay extends for 32 nights or longer. This discount is applied to the overall cost of the stay. Learn more on our Pricing page.

Is there an option to have my dog bathed before I pick them up?
Yes, we offer an optional exit bath service upon request at arrival. Prices for the Exit Bath are based on your dog’s size and range from $20 to 50.
